Use of the App

This app is intended for personal health record management only.

No Medical Advice

This app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and how you use it.

Data

You retain full ownership of your data. All health data is stored locally on your device and, if you use iCloud, synced privately through your own Apple iCloud account. The developer has no access to your data at any time.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the information in this app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time.

Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

CareU offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. The exact price is shown in the app before purchase.

Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as your current plan.

Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your App Store Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Apple Support directly.
